Meaning of the Permission System
A permission system is particularly valuable when a business has a large scale or operates as a chain of restaurants, stores, or branches. In such cases, one person cannot manage many tasks or business positions and needs to share responsibilities with various individuals or departments.
The permission system helps to separate the functions and roles of each person in the system. Each individual is responsible for specific functions or a certain set of functions, avoiding situations where one person takes on many functions and receives too much information.
Simultaneously, the data separation feature when assigning permissions also enhances information security for the business. Each person can only view data that falls within their management authority, without being able to access data from other positions.
Permissions in the system
The Permissions in the system simulate the hierarchy within a business/organization. Each member holds a specific role.
Permission structure
Owner
The Owner is the account that initiates the business information and has the highest level of authority. The Owner has the right to add other accounts on the hearme system to participate in the business and take charge of specific tasks.
Admin - Administrator
An administrator is a person with the highest enforcement authority in the organization. They have the management rights for surveys, devices, device groups, and can create point reward programs or assign permissions to members within the organization.
Service
The Service role manages point reward programs and handles reward codes. They typically don't have the authority to create or edit configurations related to surveys and devices.
This role is often assigned to roles like cashiers or marketing personnel involved in loyalty programs or promotions.
Example: After a customer completes a survey, they receive a reward code. When the customer uses this code to earn points or redeem gifts, the cashier (Service) is responsible for checking and applying that program to the customer.
Config - Configuration
The Configuration role is usually responsible for setting up the system, managing surveys, device groups, and devices. They don't have the authority to configure point reward programs like the Service role.
Operator - Operator
Operators are individuals responsible for a specific task within the business. They are assigned the task of managing one or all surveys on the system.
Example: John is assigned to manage customer satisfaction at a restaurant. He can view and receive notifications for all reviews related to the service quality of the restaurant.
Monitor - Monitor
Monitors are individuals responsible for a specific area or task. They handle problem-solving for a group of devices or may be assigned responsibility for a specific device.
Example: Kate has the role of maintaining cleanliness in area A. When there is customer feedback about the need for cleanliness in area A, Kate receives a notification about the customer's negative review.

Add a New Permission Group
Permission groups represent the roles of an individual or a group of people in your business. Depending on the scale and necessary tasks in the business, you can create groups with different permissions. Make sure to name the groups in a way that is easy to manage and clearly defines the tasks of each group.

For example, someone in charge will have the Admin role. Below that, there will be other groups.
- Person in charge of Area A - Monitor permissions for Hanoi area
- Person in charge of Area B - Monitor permissions for Ho Chi Minh City area
- Person responsible for Issue C - Operator permissions for service surveys
